Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Business Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience working in a recruiting or staffing organization and will be responsible for providing administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As a Business Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining records, handling office tasks, and assisting in recruitment-related administrative duties. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and senior management.
  • Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
  • Assist with the coordination of interviews, meetings, and candidate screenings.
  • Handle office documentation, filing, and ensuring proper record-keeping.
  • Prepare and manage reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of recruitment processes, including advertising job openings and handling candidate queries.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate office-related logistics.
  • Ensure efficient communication between internal teams and candidates.
  • Support business operations to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience working in a recruiting or staffing organization.
  • Proven experience in handling administrative duties and maintaining records.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • A smart, professional demeanor.
