Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial activities, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Preference will be given to male candidates to support gender balance within our team.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management:
- Handle daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Support the development and management of budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and report on variances.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis to support business decisions.

Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare financial reports, summaries, and analyses for management review.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data analysis.
- Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

Β 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.

Skills and Competencies:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
