Our client in Cape Town is looking for a candidate to join their team as an Italian Brand Ambassador to monitor and improve the quality of the interactions with their clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12Β (non-negotiable).
Fluent in ItalianΒ (oral and written: non-negotiable).
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
Tertiary education (advantageous).
Must have the right to work in South Africa (VISA approved).
Proficient in the use of the MS Office suite (non-negotiable).
Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate customer interactions, provide feedback, and report to campaign team leaders.
Handle customer service calls within the banking sector.
Ensure all outbound calls are conducted in a professional, friendly and polite manner.
Demonstrate excellence in customer service by achieving specified performance standards.
Build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Ensure that the SLAs are met and exceeded with respect to back-office processing requirements as per client requirements.
Assisting with any other duties that may be reasonably expected of you within the Company.
