A Spectacular Modern Farm based in the Cape Winelands is looking for a PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Should have at least two years’ experience in food production and processing
- Must have knowledge of production equipment and food safety
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
- Should have the ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Must have a proactive and adaptable mindset
- Should be an honest, trustworthy individual with sober habits
- Must have the ability to work under pressure
- A valid driver’s and forklift license would be beneficial
- Ensure that production of beverages, including water, juices, is carried out according to schedule.
- Monitor production quality and output.
- Assist with stock taking.
- Support general daily work functions.
- Ensure that the company culture is upheld at all times.
