What’s the Job?
Manage the operations of your specific Region in the Training department
Create and implement training programs for top-notch restaurant performance for your Region.
What You’ll Do:
Organize training and workshops for your region.
Coordinate and report training progress weekly.
Ensure training compliance and enhance customer experience.
Develop management training and oversee trainee progress.
Manage training rooms and ensure OHS certification.
Onboard and coach training Restaurant Managers
Ensure bench planning for restaurant management.
Lead the team of Skills trainers in your region
Participate in orientation and recruitment days.
Are You Qualified?
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
Valid South African ID and no criminal record.
Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
Leadership experience.
Experience Needed:
QSR experience is a requirement.
External applicant: (1-3 years) in a similar training role with a degree/diploma in the QSR industry. (This is a junior position).
Internal applicant: (1- 3 years) experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Area Coach, or Trainer with a degree/diploma.
