What’s the Job?

  • Manage the operations of your specific Region in the Training department
  • Create and implement training programs for top-notch restaurant performance for your Region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Organize training and workshops for your region.
  • Coordinate and report training progress weekly.
  • Ensure training compliance and enhance customer experience.
  • Develop management training and oversee trainee progress.
  • Manage training rooms and ensure OHS certification.
  • Onboard and coach training Restaurant Managers
  • Ensure bench planning for restaurant management.
  • Lead the team of Skills trainers in your region
  • Participate in orientation and recruitment days.

Are You Qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
  • Valid South African ID and no criminal record.
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  • Leadership experience.

Experience Needed:

  • QSR experience is a requirement.
  • External applicant: (1-3 years) in a similar training role with a degree/diploma in the QSR industry. (This is a junior position).
  • Internal applicant: (1- 3 years) experience as a Restaurant General Manager, Area Coach, or Trainer with a degree/diploma.
