Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Cold Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls and video calls to potential clients, building relationships and generating qualified leads.

  2. Follow-Up and Relationship Building: Engage in follow-up conversations to build strong, lasting relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel.

  3. Inbound Lead Management: Promptly handle inbound leads, providing a seamless experience and showcasing the benefits of the platform or service.

  4. Pipeline and CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records in a CRM system (such as Pipedrive), keeping the sales pipeline organized and updated.

  5. Client Communication: Communicate effectively to understand client needs and present solutions that align with their goals.

  6. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets through strategic outreach and client engagement.

  7. Collaboration and Strategy Development: Work closely with the internal team to refine sales strategies, share market feedback, and optimize outreach efforts to improve overall performance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German: Proficiency in both spoken and written German is essential.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.

  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) to manage leads and track sales activities.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.

  • Self-Starter: A proactive individual with a passion for closing deals and meeting targets.

  • Efficient Time Management: Ability to balance multiple prospects and tasks effectively.
