Your Role
- Oversee the outbound sales team, ensuring consistent achievement and surpassing of sales targets.
- Motivate, train, and develop team members to excel in their roles and deliver top-tier performance.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Analyze sales metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in client outreach to demonstrate best practices and maintain high team standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a minimum of 2 years managing sales teams.
- Strong background in outbound sales, preferably with at least 3 years of direct experience.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a focus on accountability and team success.
- Prior experience in E-Commerce or SaaS sales is highly desirable.
Schedule and Benefits
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM PST (US).
- Competitive compensation: $1,000+ monthly on-track earnings.

- A reliable computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
