Introduction

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the successful candidate will be required to generate appointments on a national basis by identifying and contacting prospects directly via telephone and other electronic medium, in order to support Business Development initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Secure qualified appointments in line with set targets.
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated from canvassing for the Business Development Executives.
  • Use initiative to identify and follow up on opportunities with companies not in the database or CRM of Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™.  
  • Use Telesales skills to generate interest in the Product- Service Offering of Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™, asking questions to understand prospect requirements and set up appointments for the Business Development Executives. 
  • Calling of prospects to verify details and update contact records. 
  • Advise prospects of new Product- Service Offerings that are relevant to their needs or preferences.
  • Update and present all relevant reporting as and when . 
  • Develop good working relationships with all Indgro Outsourcing (Pty) Ltd Trading as Indgro Multi Services Group™ Company Functions. 
  • To comply with such training as is required and necessary to perform the duties of the position. 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Grade 12 (Twelve) certificate.
  • Proven experience as a telesales consultant, consistently meeting set targets and goals.
  • Desirable: At least 2 (Two) years’ experience in the Multi Services, Human Capital and or Cleaning Services industries.
  • Important - Basic sales skills.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to learn about the Product- Service Offering, their features, benefits and importantly their USP (Unique Selling Points) and have the ability to carry the aforementioned over to a prospects via telephone and electronic medium in order to secure an appointment.
  • High level of persuasion skills, organization, persistence and customer focus with accurate data entry skills, using problem solving capabilities to set up appointments with a high level of energy and product-service knowledge.
