Administrator: Regional Training - Temp Position

Introduction

A reputable insurance company based in Bloemfontein is seeking a Training Division Administrator to provide coordination and administrative support

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Co-ordinate training events

  • Schedule training events within 5 days prior to commencement
  • Update and maintain the training calendar on MS Outlook as well as Signify
  • Arrange training event venue, food and beverage, accommodation, travel and/or data according to the received training request
  • Arrange access to systems for said training interventions
  • Order and manage stationary for training for example pens and notepads
  • Prepare learning material if hard copies were requested as per the received training request
  • Communicate the final arrangements with the learners and respective line management

2. Administrate learning events

  • Record the learning event on Signify and Assunet
  • Scan and save event records on Signify and Assunet
  • Register, file and send hard copy records to external document storage if not uploaded electronically
  • Submit accurate learner records for moderations
  • Rectify records found not correct via moderation process 50% Administrator:

3. Support regional manager with training related tasks

  • Prepare training reports
  • Process payment request
  • Reconcile payments on OnBase with records on Signify and Assunet
  • Support learners and line managers on the use of Signify
  • Upload certificates on Signify for example CPD evidence

4. TCF

  • Treat internal clients fairly when scheduling and administrating training events
  • Treat internal clients fairly when training events are communicated

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric
  • B Degree or Diploma in Human Resources
  • 1 year – Administration
  • 1 year – Training coordination and system
