Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities are development of product categories.
Deliver KPIs by developing strategies and executing key new products and strategic projects.
Provide monthly sales volumes forecast that best reflect forward sales.
Ensure to achieve the total West Africa target delivery.
Monitoring and managing the sales team.
Influencing and motivating distributor teams in achieving company goals.
Plan for direct coverage of retail outlets through the use of distributor sales team.
Be an effective link between various functions within company with the distributor teams.
Be an effective link between various functions within company with the distributor team
M.B.A in sales and marketing as the medium of university education.
A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, word, Ms Excel.
A strong command over oral and written business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly
The job requires travel in and around Africa.
Experience of 8 years in salesmanagerial level.
