▪ Work on design/ creative briefs across the entire business and
on all assigned clients and brands to achieve set strategic and
campaign objectives.
▪ Develop creative strategies and innovative ideas for other
business functions and on brands managed and ensure that such
plans are implemented on time.
▪ Ensure delivery of assigned tasks by business units and
assigned brands promptly and at the expected output level.
▪ Management of all Client and Agency creative Assets to ensure
adherence to standard guidelines.
▪ Ensure prompt delivery of invoices and update of the savings
and planned billing tracker for the creative team.
▪ Be visible, lead & earn client’s respect (across key clients), and
occasionally attend meetings with priority clients whom we offer
Creative & Production services.
▪ Participate in internal/collaborative brainstorming sessions,
creative/content development, ideation planning sessions
(sometimes with client reps), tissue sessions, etc. Aimed at finding &
deciding the brand’s creative directions and winning ideas for various
clients.
▪ Ensure safe keeping of all creative materials, brand book, and
other vital creative materials of Client, Agency, and others shared
with the team
