Purpose & Responsibilities

Purpose:

Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for sales? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your efforts directly impact success? If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Field Sales Consultant at LegalWise! The primary purpose of this role is to transport Independent Contractors to their appointments while also fulfilling a sales function. This role is essential for achieving our new business targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. At LegalWise, our legacy spans over three decades, during which we have remained steadfast in our commitment to providing access to justice and making a real difference in our Members' lives. As we continue to expand, we're on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Sales Consultant who are ready to take their careers to new heights and be part of the driving force behind our mission.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Transport Independent Contractors to and from their appointments.
  • Engage in direct sales activities to generate new business.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

 

 

 

Minimum Experience & Qualification

  • Matric/Grade 12 essential.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on the financial or insurance sector.
  • A valid driver’s license and PDP is mandatory
  • Must be tech-savvy and computer literate.
  • You need to be able to speak English, the ability to speak more than 1 South African language would be advantageous.

 

Other requirements:

  • Ability to speak one other official African language will be advantageous
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Integrity Assessment will be required
