New vacancy has become available for a Finance Admin Controller position in the Finance Department for our client in the Automotive Industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Duties:
  • Project Processing in SAP CO module.
  • Regular analysis of project statuses.
  • Ad Hoc Debtors Function.
  • Participation in Monthly Closing.
  • Potential Ad Hoc functions around Controlling.
  • Preparation of required Controlling Reports.
  • Preparation for year-end audit file and addressing queries from external auditors.
  • Resolving queries both internally and externally around outstanding topics.

Skills:
  • Matric, additional Tertiary Studies in Finance advantageous.
  • Ability to reconcile complex accounts.
  • MS Office – Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Strong Numerical Skills
  • Accounting Software Programs, SAP experience advantageous.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Knowledge in Controlling advantageous.
  • Resourceful Organisational Skills.
  • Excellent Attention to Detail.
