Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and deployment of new enterprise solutions.
  • Research, plan, define and support enterprise infrastructure architecture.
  • Proactively work to progress the architecture and overall designs of the information systems as an asset in supporting the business objectives.
  • High degree of focus on the end-to-end architecture to ensure that customer’s needs are constantly met.
  • Ensure all components will interoperate and provide the infrastructure to support future strategic initiatives.
  • Execute performance and accuracy tests on platforms to evaluate viability of products.
  • develop a strategy for effective IT-enabled business change.
  • Service excellence culture driven throughout the IT operations and services organisation.
  • Customer / internal stakeholder expectations are Work closely with multiple client stakeholders, act as the single point of contact to met or exceeded.
  • Terms negotiated to mutual benefit.
  • Adherence to legal and procurement guidelines
  • Supplier managed to conform with relevant internal and external standards, policies and procedures, instructions, frameworks, and guidelines.
  • Supplier relationships maintained.
  • Supplier risk identified and mitigated.
  • Budget is aligned to strategy and achieves the operational requirements.
  • Financial compliance to company’s accounting practices, policies, and procedures (includes legislative requirements)
  • Budget is managed within the company’s financial parameters and standards.
  • Contingency requirements are identified and communicated.
  • Budget forecasts are up to date and accurate.
  • Review risk management processes to reduce business risk.
  • Introduce risk plans to establish and reduce the likelihood and impact of IT and business risks.
  • Regular risk assessments with senior managers and key staff members are performed to minimize risks.
  • Risk remediation action plans have been recommended, communicated, and controlled.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years managing a variety of large IT projects with clear track record of increasing responsibilities, including 5 years at a senior management level.
  • Related technical or business degree, alternatively relevant practical experience.
