The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in food manufacturing and product development, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior product development team to assist in developing new food products from concept to launch
- Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products
- Assist in creating and testing new recipes and formulations
- Participate in sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and quality assurance, to bring products to market
- Assist in managing product testing and validation processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in food manufacturing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or product development role is preferred but not required
- Strong passion for food and creativity in developing new products
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
