Our client is looking for a Product Manager who is adaptable, analytically minded, a strong problem-solver, and an excellent communicator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working autonomously, and is eager to drive improvements.

 

With our client expanding their service offering, now is an exciting time to join! The focus is on enhancing their existing platform, launching new features, and exploring opportunities beyond the local Forex space.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine products for Forex and Arbitrage services.
  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from concept to completion.
  • Enhance the customer experience by deeply understanding client needs.
  • Systemise and document business processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other teams to create seamless solutions.
  • Ensure quality control of new features, keeping them aligned with business objectives.
  • Continuously analyse, improve, and adapt existing products.

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

 

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Product Management or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Data Analytics, Business).
  • Experience in the finance space is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly outline an MVP.
  • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles to guide early-stage product design.
  • Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • A start-up mindset—comfortable with iteration and adapting to fast changes.
  • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and a fast, reliable fibre connection.
