Role Description
The Growth Product Manager is responsible to drive the expansion and success of our SaaS solutions through innovative growth strategies. They possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent collaboration skills, and a proven track record of driving acquisition, retention, and revenue growth specifically for SaaS products.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize market intelligence and analysis to identify growth opportunities within the SaaS market, market segments, and potential product expansions
  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention for our SaaS solutions, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Identify, prioritize, and champion features or product enhancements that align with growth objectives for our SaaS offerings, working closely with the core product development team
  • Optimize customer engagement across various SaaS channels to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall SaaS product experience to drive growth
  • Establish and monitor key metrics related to user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral specific to our SaaS solutions, using data to inform decision-making and optimize growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, customer success, and product development to align growth strategies with overall business objectives for our SaaS solutions
  • Stay abreast of emerging SaaS industry trends, customer behaviour shifts, and competitive offerings to identify new growth opportunities and potential disruptions in the SaaS market


Qualifications


  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on driving growth and expansion strategies for SaaS products.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage SaaS-specific data to inform growth strategies and measure performance.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and communicate SaaS growth strategy updates to internal stakeholders.
