Senior Android Developer - Pretoria - Hybrid - up to R600 Per hour

An IT consulting company that ensures immediate success and delivers long term results has an opening for a Senior Android Developer to join the team.

As an Android Developer your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services while collaborating with engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. You will also be involved in the planning, design, and development of assigned applications.

What you require:

• 7+ years of experience in Android mobile application development
• Knowledge of, and experience in mobile frameworks and technologies
• Experience in native Android (Kotlin and Java) development specifically.
• Familiarity with design patterns and mobile architecture frameworks such as MVVM, MVC, or MVP.
• Experience with Android Architecture components.
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Strong UI development experience and developing for dynamic screen support
• Experience with RESTful API integration
   

Reference Number for this position is MAT59917 which is 12-month contract Hybrid position based in Pretoria offering a contract rate from R500 up to R600 per hour negotiable on experience and ability.
