Responsibilities:
- Managing bulk recruitment for both white and blue-collar positions
- Sourcing candidates for temporary and permanent roles
- Updating and maintaining candidate and job specs on our database
- Conducting interviews and reference checks
- Handling general administration tasks
- Placing job adverts and monitoring responses
- Providing excellent customer service to candidates and clients
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong work ethic and self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous admin support experience required
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a willingness to learn
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- National Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
