Our client is looking for a Teleseller to join their team. The main purpose is to contact potential customers, answer questions about products or services, generate interest in those products or services, and work to close sales.
Responsibilities:
Call allocated customers daily as per call cycle.
Handle incoming sales or general calls.
Provide support to Sales Representatives by assisting in achievement of set budgets and increase in volumes and market share.
Update the client database.
Date back orders.
Minimise back orders on the backorder on the system.
Maintain and check the backorder report.
Inform customers of products out of stock or of obstacles to efficient service delivery.
Assist with problem solving or complaints.
Build relationships with clients.
Handle request from internal clients or departments.
Assist the Call Centre Supervisor when required.
Assist with switchboard when required.
Assist with Cash and Carry Stock when required.
